What are Shasta Gold Mandrians?Shasta Gold TM (TDE2) is a recently-released (2002) mandarin variety developed within the University of California Riverside citrus breeding program. The Shasta Gold is a larger-than-average mandrians. It is an extremely juicy and extra sweet piece of fruit with an acidity that balances the sweetness and gives a rich overall flavor.

When do we harvest?Harvesting is done once a year. Tangelos and grapefruit are ready in approximately February and the Mandarins are ready mid-March through June.

How are orders processed?Harvesting is completed on the weekends (school comes first!). We are family of 4 and sololy operate on our own. We pick and clean the fruit on Saturdays, prep and package the shipments on Sundays, and then drop-off the orders at the USPS distribution center in San Diego for immedate shipping on Mondays.

How many trees do we have?We have 500 Shasta Gold Mandrain Trees on 3 acres and they are estimated to produce on average 100 lbs a tree. We also have a varity of other citrus trees: Navel, Tangelo, Tangerine, and Grapefruit

Are the trees USDA Certified Organic?As of March 2023, we will not be considered "USDA Certified" due to annual high cost. It has not been an easy process to be USDA certified. There is a lot of paperwork, (and as soon as you think you're done, there is more paperwork), and onsite inspection. We will however continue to maintain all Organic practices.

Where did the name All American come from?'All American’ is the official nickname that pays tribute to our veteran of the revered Army’s 82nd Airborne Division.
